How do I track my order?

Mr Smith will inform you by email of the progress of your order. You can also track the progress of your order in the “My Orders” section of your online on My Account at www.mrsmithparis.com or by contacting our Customer Service from Monday to Friday from 10AM to 4 PM Paris time, to respond to your questions in English or French calling +33(0)1.46.06.29.96. 

How do pre-order works?

Mr Smith offers to customers to pre-order selected pieces for the upcoming collections.
Pre-Orders are available for a limited period of time.
When you pre-order an item the date of shipment if indicated in the description of the item. To proceed to the pre-order you will need to add the item/s to your basket and follow the procedure. The total amount will be charged when at checkout.

 

Upkeep of Mr Smith items.

The properties of certain materials and/or certain products’ finishes (wrinkled finishes, lustre, etc.) are not designed to be permanent. Repeated washes will alter the clothes’ appearance over time. This is completely normal and gives the item of clothing its appeal and very special character.
We advise you to be aware of the risk of colour migration in fabrics and items of clothing. Please read the following instructions carefully:

Printed fabrics:
The printing on these fabrics is performed using traditional methods. Slight variations may arise – this is a normal characteristic of this manufacturing approach. The visual variations between printed fabric designs are a natural result of this manufacturing process.

Embroidered items:
Embroidered details are created using traditional techniques. They give a very characteristic look to items of clothing but are very fragile. These items, therefore, need to be treated very carefully.
* Avoid allowing other objects to rub against your product or come into contact with it in any way that could cause visible damage
* Avoid over-exposing your embroidered items to direct sunlight, artificial light or sources of heat.

Denim & Indigo items:
Denim & indigo items undergo specific treatments and washes which give them their unique, timeless character. Visual variations between denim items occur naturally as a result of these processes.

These traditional treatments and processes may result in colour migration on the fabric’s surface. With washing, the effects of this migration will slowly disappear.
* Keep your denim items away from other light-coloured fabrics, furniture and items of clothing
* Avoid over-exposing your denim items to direct sunlight, artificial light or sources of heat

 

How do I proceed a payment?

Mr Smith accepts a variety of payment methods for online purchases: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
An authorization application will be sent to your bank.
Please note that your billing address must be identical to the one listed on your credit card statement.
At present, we do not accept gift cards.

 

How do I place my order online? 

Once you have selected your items, add them to your basket by clicking “Add to basket ,” finalise your order, then proceed to payment. To do so, click “PAY”.
The order will take place in 5 steps:
1. Sign in by using your email address and password or place an order as a Guest using your email address
2. Choose delivery mode
3. Choose the delivery option that you want
4. Fill in the payment information
5. Read and accept our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, then submit your purchase by confirming it
You will then receive an email to confirm your order.

Where can I get my order delivered? 

Mr Smith items are delivered everywhere in France and in Europe, with the exception of overseas departments via Chronopost mail service.
Mr Smith items are delivered worldwide via D.H.L.
Mr Smith does not deliver orders to P.O. boxes, university campuses. Orders to any of these destinations will not be processed. Delivery of items will take place upon full payment of the items ordered.
